Local Meet Ups

** Due to some financial decisions, we have decided to remove Vaughan Meet Ups, however, we are looking to expanding our Mississauga Meet Up options**

  • We are not associated with any indicated stores and we do not have a store front. There are no inventory at these locations. 
  • We will contact you to arrange a specific day & time for the meet up.
  • Offline payment is available and payment can be made when we meet.
  • We also offer same day pick up, if made within reasonable time.

If needed, weekends are open to schedule until 5:00 PM  


FAQ About Applying The Local Meet Up

Q. How do I make a purchase for local meet up?
A. Process is the same with any purchase you make with us. When selecting "Shipment", choose "Pick up - By Appointment Only". Continue with checking out and during step 2, you will be asked how you would like to pay - select "Offline Payment".​ 
Note: Please have your order# and credit/debit card ready.
Q. How do I select the date and time I would like to choose?
A. This process is a bit messy, due to our current system limitation. But what will happen, we will receive your order and someone within 24 hrs will reach out to you to confirm the time, date and location (Vaughan/Mississauga) you would like to set. 
Q. What do I need to bring on arrival?
A. You will only need to provide your order number and your form of payment. Debit and Credit Card only please.
Q. Last minute change of plans...what if I can't make it and need to change my date and time frame?
A. Not a problem! We understand things happen and things need to change. Just send an email immediately to: info@tmshobbyroom.com with your order number, advising a new date, time and/or location you would like to change to. 
Q. Can I add/remove an item on my current order?
A. Definitely! Send us an email to: info@tmshobbyroom.com , providing your current order #, the item(s) SKU # and/or description. We will gladly add/remove the item(s) on your current order and adjust the change. We wish, if you can, please advise any last minutes changes within 24 hrs, especially if you have chosen for the item(s) to be shipped. 
Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. You can send us an email and indicating your order # or invoice # you would like to cancel. Please note, once the order has been shipped, you can not cancel. Therefore, please let us know immediately that you wish to cancel. We normally will start getting your order ready for shipment right away.
